Cinnamon Apple Crisp

This apple crisp is so quick and easy that it makes a great last-minute dessert option! The hardest part is peeling the apples! You can use whichever variety of apple is your favorite and adjust the amount of cinnamon to your liking! Serve hot or cold and with or without a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
