Being a Christian means we shouldn’t be like the slime in our experiment. The slime changes back and forth from a solid to a liquid. If we love Jesus, we shouldn’t go back and forth from doing good things to doing things we know aren’t right.
When Jesus comes into our lives, we become a different person than were before. We should fully commit ourselves to Him.
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.” – 2 Corinthians 5:17
Items Needed:
- Water
- Cornstarch
- Large bowl
- Wooden spoon
- Food coloring
- Add your choice of food coloring to some water
- Put some cornstarch into a bowl.
- Slowly add the colored water to the cornstarch.
- Stir with a wooden spoon until it starts to thicken like a paste. You might need to add more cornstarch or more water to get the right mix.
- When mixed, take a handful and watch it quickly ooze out of your hand.
- If you squeeze the slime it will become a solid.
